We are seeking an experienced technical trainer for a 3-month, on-site training program located in Bangalore, focusing on Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA) using Java and advanced SQL. The target audience consists of final-year engineering students and recent graduates with a foundational understanding of programming, aiming to secure software engineering roles in product-based companies. The mode of delivery is strictly in-person at our Bangalore facility, requiring interactive, hands-on coding sessions rather than purely theoretical lectures. Expected outcomes include participants mastering core Java concepts, solving medium to hard algorithmic problems on platforms like LeetCode and HackerRank, analyzing and optimizing time and space complexities, and proficiently writing advanced SQL queries including joins, subqueries, indexing, and window functions. The trainer must utilize specific tools and frameworks such as Java JDK 11 or higher, IntelliJ IDEA or Eclipse for live coding, and PostgreSQL or MySQL for the database modules. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of training corporate batches or engineering cohorts, with a strong ability to break down complex algorithmic paradigms like dynamic programming, graph theory, and tree traversals into digestible concepts, while simultaneously ensuring participants can apply these data structures and SQL techniques to real-world backend development scenarios.
